This Father’s Day why not treat Dad to a delicious roast dinner, without the mess!
For Father’s Day only, we’re serving up a beautiful slow-roasted lamb shoulder with sides and dessert, available for kerbside collect between 5.00 – 7.30pm this Sunday, 5 September.
Menu: BSB’s Father’s Day Sunday Roast
$149 per roast – serves four people
Includes main course, sides and dessert.
Main course
Slow roasted rosemary & thyme shoulder of lamb
with BSB roast potatoes, roasted root vegetables, garlic, red onion & red wine jus, served with a fresh side salad including endive, rocket, toasted pumpkin seeds, Zany Zeus feta & orange.
Dessert
Sticky Date Pudding
with butterscotch sauce and whipped crème fraiche.
Optional extras
House-baked loaf of BSB Sourdough – $10,
(perfect to mop up the sauce on your plate or for a delicious roast sandwich the next day – if there’s any left!)
Half dozen freshly-shucked Te Matuku Oysters – $25
with chardonnay and shallot vinaigrette
